Jewelry Information & Care

Diamonds

All of our diamonds have been vetted by The Kimberley Process, a global initiative that controls the trade of loose diamonds via strict certification, and rated by the GIA, the top authority on diamonds, stones and pearls. This is to ensure all diamonds and natural stones in our jewelry have not been mined to support rebel movements.

Every diamond is unique. Depending on the carat weight of the item you select, your jewelry will come between the minimum carat weight and the weight you've selected. Minimum carat weights are noted on product pages. Our inventory is precise and each item is priced accordingly. This is why you may see our prices fluctuate from time to time.

To clean your diamond jewelry:

1. Drop a splash of dish soap (Blue Dawn is the industry standard) in warm (not hot) water

2. Let diamonds soak for 15 minutes

3. Remove and brush gently with a soft bristle toothbrush

4. Rinse

5. Dry with a soft cloth

Gold & Platinum

All of our metals are responsibly mined or recycled. We opt for 14k gold for our ready to wear collection as it is the ideal blend of solid gold and other metals. 14k is the most resilient to every day wear and tear when compared to 10k & 18k. It is not possible to make jewelry with 24k, which is 100% pure gold, as it is too soft.

Platinum is heavier and more durable than gold, but can still scratch easily. It doesn't fade over time like 14k white gold that will require rhodium plating to be kept up with.

To clean your gold & platinum jewelry:

1. Drop a splash of dish soap (Blue Dawn is the industry standard) in warm (not hot) water

2. Use the soap water and a soft bristle toothbrush to gently scrub your jewelry

3. Rinse

4. Dry with a soft cloth

Never wear gold jewelry in a pool - chlorine breaks down the metals and causes damage.
